If you are from USA you will be amazed how extensive the Scotrail Scottish railway network is - 400 courses within a 30-minute taxi ride of a railway station!  Then after your round relax with a couple of drinks without having to worry about who is driving (50mg alcohol/100ml of blood is the Scottish limit), roundabouts, manual gear changes or on which side of the road!.
